Silk revolves around the incarnation of the first department store of the world and the man that created it. It is also the journey of a young woman, who comes to get a job in his store, rocks his world and challenges him with a new outlook on business and love. Based on the novel "Au Bonheur Des Dames" by Emile Zola.
